In IQ bot upload/ download document, learning instance name>server name is not editable or clickable or choose able

when I click on the refresh button for the server name then the server name field of  the learning instance name is un editable and unclickable and display the following error while I have all role and rights from my admin

An unexpected problem occurred

If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator.

This is strange, i’d recommend placing a support case with AA  here for further assistance

Hi @Arun Kumar98 ,

Please check the other users they are also facing the same issue or your account only and please restart the Bot agent services and give it try.

@Arun Kumar98  may i know where exactly the server name is uneditable ?

the highlighted field of learning instance name, when I click on a server instance and then go to select the server instance from the drop-down list, it is un-selectable and when I click on refresh it display the following error:

An unexpected problem occurred
If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator.

Can you update the package version and try again?

i did it but it won’t work.
