In AA V11 someone checked out one bot and currently he/she not available in org. due to that i am unable to perform edit actions in that how can i overcome with that without losting any info ??

Hello,
You can go to the local repository of that bot from the user machine and upload the same with any other login.
You can also reset the password of that user and check if it's available in the repository.
