I want to create folders and sub folder in private for more than 20 creator accounts , if there any way to avoid manual work ? A360 CR

Answering your question, the folders created in the Control Room UI reflect under AA Server: C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\Server Files\repository\00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000\{UserID_Number is the folder Number}. However, the converse of that is not true, and creating folders in the repository will not reflect in the Control Room.
