Yes, I tried to reset the username and password. but didn't get any mail to reset it.

Can you try resetting your password?


If you're using the enterprise version, please check with your admin user to reset the password.

 

For Community, you will receive a link to reset the password, please keep an eye on the spam/junk folder in the email box

Which CR URL you are using Enterprise or Community Edition?


I'm using Community Edition URL.

I am using community edition and waiting for mail from 3 hours.
