I'm trying to login in Control room but unable to login because of this error Please resolve it.

Error is

Yes, I tried to reset the username and password. but didn't get any mail to reset it.

For Community, you will receive a link to reset the password, please keep an eye on the spam/junk folder in the email box

Which CR URL you are using Enterprise or Community Edition?

Can you check your SPAM Folder and try to reset the password again?

I am using community edition and waiting for mail from 3 hours.
