I have completed the lecture Getting Started with building bots Video, but it doesn't add up to my progress per cent as shown on the home page of my course in the content library. (Have seen the video 2, 3 times)

Thanks for posting your query.

It is likely that you did not exit out of the module properly and therefore the Learning Management System (LMS) would not have recorded the module completion. Select and repeat the module.
