Question

i have a problem during deploying the AARI process -> User {0} has no access to any Run As runner

1i(exactly my corporation) setting the license for using AARI

 

and i go to the 'AARI web server' -> Manage -> Process for Process Set up and face to above problem...

 

i checked the role(AAE AARI admin role) at the admin account and also made for AARI user account..

how can i solve that?(process set up error)

    Could you try allocating an Unattended Robot and see if that works out for you?

    Use the admin account and go to your scheduler user role. 

    Click on Edit. In the Bot section, giver access to all Bots. 

    In the Run-As section, select the runners in your device pool. 

    This should solve the error you are getting while adding the scheduler user
