I am facing intermittent connectivity while connecting to the local device. After I login into my account,the device is changing from connected to disconnected status and vice-versa. I tried deleting and adding device but stil had the same issue.

@Lavanya Gitta​ Hope you are not logged in twice with the same Runner account. Do you have a pattern of how frequently devices get Disconnected? Do you have this issue with all the Botagents connected to the same CR?

You may validate the WebSocket connectivity.>

The problem got fixed on its own.
