Yes, I had been the "customer support" page, but

  1. no pricing information
  2. no "button" for me to subscribe

Hello @Michael Yuen​  Orange support is included as part of the License fee hence there is no additional fee to avail of support. Silver and Gold are paid premium services.

Can I have the contact of "Automation Anywhere Account Manager\CSM" ?

The person in charge of AA for our company already left and I only have the admin. info for the control room but not with AA Technical support.

What should I do?
