How to display excel data(say only values from 1 column Employee IDs) on AARI form

If I have an excel sheet with column Employee ID, this column has got 1000s of values. I wish to display these values on AARI form so that user can select 1 of them and then on selection that value is sent downstream to the bots built(say just show message box on value selected and sent back).

Key here is , how do we show those 1000s of Employee IDs from excel or say even reading from WLM queue on AARI form.
