Sometimes this type of issue might come in that case try to run the Bot outside of the workspace (Main Page where all your Bots present)

Click the ellipsis icon and run the Bot

Hopefully this will resolve your issue.

As per the screenshot, it seems your device is disconnected so please check once the device is connected.
