Help! activity with unknown status

Hi!

I´m trying to run a bot but AA puts a message that the device is already running one. 

 

I uninstaled Automation in my computer and try again but its not working. I tried to delete the device but the same message appears:

Is there any way to delete that bot in progress with Unknown status?
