Help! activity with unknown status

Question

Hi!I´m trying to run a bot but AA puts a message that the device is already running one.  I uninstaled Automation in my computer and try again but its not working. I tried to delete the device but the same message appears: I also realized this:Is there any way to delete that bot in progress with Unknown status? Im so sorry for my english. I tried my best!Thank you!
