Hello, when we try to launch a bot the following error appears, how can we fix it? I would like to point out that we have never selected pool devices before If I don’t select the device pools I can’t click on “Run bot now” Can you help me please?

    Hi @Diego De Cario​ ,

     

    Can you try below steps in the bot runner machine and try again

     

    1. Delete the device from Control Room and register it again.
    2. After successful registration run the bot.
