Has Anyone used Service Now Package, if so please explain how to fetch records for Service Now? AA Documents doesn't contain enough details. ?

It looks like you have to provide the names of the columns that you want to return, into the Values to return in dictionary(optional) field.

Could you try passing that in and see if it works out for you?
