If you are having the A360.25 or latest build, there is another feature called Document Automation. It is using a pre-trained model from AA as well as Google. Check here for further details on this.

If this is also not working then, please raise a support ticket for further assistance.

Do community Edition users have access to the Document Automation feature?

Sorry, it’s not. Since you haven’t mentioned which A360 product you are having, I assumed that it will be Enterprise client. 

Document Automation is limited to Enterprise Client users.

For extracting the handwritten from the document is the most challenging part of the process. you can use IQBOT or Document Automation or Computer vision.etc However, the most important thing is document quality (based on the Quality, you will get output/results). 

I would recommend you, prioritize the document quality as well to achieve good success rates.
