A Bad Gateway error appears when you restart the system setting for automation anywhere Or Make sure the IP of Both On-Prem and On-Cloud are same.
Tips to Fix 502 Bad Gateway Error
Refresh the Page. The first solution is a fairly simple one – wait around for a minute or two and refresh the web page you're on.
Clear Browser Cache.
Try in Incognito Mode.
Flush DNS Servers.
Test on Another Device.
Check Error Log.
Check Plugins and Themes.
