Hello everyone,

 

Excuse me if this looks like a stupid question, but I would like to get the DocumentID of an input File in an AARI process.

If I am not mistaken, the only way of doing it is to launch a bot and use the component Document Extraction: Extract data, and then get the DocumentID in the “ Save response as record (optional) “

Is there no easier way to get the DocumentID ?

The Document ID is an output of the Extraction Task Bot which is available at the process level. 

You can also make use of Document Automation API for retrieving the Document ID. But the first one will be the straightforward approach.
