Get Awe Snap error when clicking dropdown

Hello RPA Community,

I was wondering if anyone has come across this error when clicking a dropdown in the editor.  This happens when trying to automate a web page that’s loaded in Chrome.

I have already tried clearing my cache and removing any unnecessary extensions as suggested but the problem persists.  Reloading does reload and takes me back to where I left off but can’t proceed since as soon as I click on the dropdown to select browser/application/window, I get the same results.

Any help you can provide is appreciated.
