Fine tune bot success count in COE Manager to ignore runs where nothing was processed

We have a bot that is scheduled to run every hour to check an outlook email account for emails to process. It is linked to COE manager which provides us with a count of how many times the bot ran successfully or unsuccessfully. The success count is including those times the bot ran but there were no emails to process. Is there a way of eliminating those from the counts. For example, if there was only one email or even a handful of emails but they were all processed during one run of the bot then have the success count show 1 instead of 24.
