Export queue items to csv feature not available

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to export my queue work items to a csv as a form of reporting but the feature that enables me to do so doesn’t exist on the control room… I do have the Queue Admin access but not sure why I still can’t export the queue items. 

Please can someone assist.
