Excel ISsue

Hi everyone, I'm experiencing an unusual behavior with Excel Advanced. I'm using the "Get Multiple Cell" function, and it's giving me this error: "Unable to get the last row number."

Interestingly, when I try it on another machine with AA360, I don't encounter this issue. Any idea what might be causing this?
