Excel file not reflecting the values inserted using Database Insert/Update/Delete Command immediately

I am using Excel as a Database to Connect. I am inserting values in the columns using Database Insert/Update/Delete command. And then after inserting values I am uploading the Excel file immediately in the same task bot at a certain location. But the inserted values in the column are not reflecting immediately in the file.

I am disconnecting the Excel database and then uploading the Excel file, still the inserted values are not reflecting in the file.

But when bot has finished executing and then when I open the same Excel file, I can see the values that I have inserted in the Excel using Database Insert/Update/Delete command.

So why the values are not reflecting immediately in the Excel.
