Excel connect action not working

I am trying to open an excel sheet with a “Default” session name, it throws me an error that says that the session already  exixsts, even though there are no other actions that open an spreadsheet with the same session name.

I am using Excel Basic

Why is this happening?

Session not properly closed:  If a previous session was not properly closed or terminated, it might still be active in the background, causing conflicts when attempting to open a new session with the same name. Make sure that any previously opened sessions are properly closed or terminated using the appropriate commands or actions in Automation Anywhere.
