Question

Error " Waiting for user: rpa_runner and/or device: RPAACOP01". Version A360 Bot Agent 21.121

Hi community.

 

As you can on screen shot 1, using "bot creator" I am able to create the bots and run them normally. In "rpa_dev" user is a bot creator and the device is located in RPAACOP01\matheus.andrade

 

When I try to user the bot runner, i am getting the message and the bots are not running properly. (screen shot 2 and 3) . "rpa_runner" located in RPAACOP01\admin is not working.

 

I have already setup all devices and credentials and install the bot agent on both sessions.

 

So What I need to do to solve the issue?

    Can you restart Bot Agent Service and try again?
