Error occurred while reading browser list from device : Recorder Capture

When I am trying to record another tab or window , there is no browser being detected from the browser's list.

Steps that have been taken :

  1. Latest version of bot agent reinstalled after uninstalling
  2. Latest version of chrome extension plugged in again and enabled
  3. Service restarted from services.msc
  4. Restarting device , closing and reopening the browser (tried both Chrome and Edge)

How can this be fixed?
