So my client has extended theirs SSL certificate and it makes all the process stopped because the device is not connected, what cause this? do i need to inject the certificate for every client that exist?

 

note : i've only extended the SSL on the control room

 

i dont really have knowledge on SSL so any information would suffice thx in advance

I am assuming the SSL certificate that was extended is the Control room's certificate. In this case, the certificate also needs to be imported to Bot Agent trust-store.

 

Incase of A360, you may use the AADiagnosticUtility -importSSLCertificate, please refer below.
