Error in signing only desktop version

I installed Automation Anywhere on my Windows 10, however, when I authenticate, the following error occurs

Using the same username and password in the web version, there is no problem. Why does the error only occur in the version installed on my laptop?

Let's take a closer look at the Event Viewer to get more clues. Please check the logs for any entries that might be linked to the error, especially those that were recorded around the time it happened. This information will help us pinpoint the best troubleshooting steps. While we're at it, could you also try toggling IPv6 off and then back on to see if that makes a difference?
