Error in AA360: User not logged into the machine

I have connected to AA360 Control Room and created a simple bot with just a message box. When trying to run the bot, error message "User not logged into the machine" is received.

Tried fixing the issue by renaming the Registration.properties file, uninstall and reinstall of Bot Agent and also made sure that there are no other user have logged into the system. This has not helped.

 

Could you help in fixing this issue as I am not able to run any bot in AA360 now.

Hi @Kirthi KRaman​,

 

Based on the screenshot, kindly put your device credentials (both username and password) in the respective fields and save them. Now, you should be able to run bots.

 

If this doesn't work, you may refer to the below KB for probable causes and their solutions, or create a support ticket for a thorough investigation.
