    Hello,

     

    Was this action working fine earlier or is this a new task

    Are you facing this issue on one machine or multiple machines

    Are other excel functions work, is this the only excel function you are facing the error

    Please send the error screenshot that you receive

    Please share the logs from the below location: C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\BotRunner\Logs - You can zip the entire "Logs" folder and send it for analysis along with the time stamp when the error is received
