Error 2 System cannot find the file specified error while running the services

HI All, 

 

I had installed AA 360 control room in windows after restarting the machine , unable to start the AA service due to below error . The AA files are configured to install in D drive due to size constrain . 

Please help to resolve the issue.

    Hi @Rajeswari.N1 ,

    Please follow the below steps,

    Right click in the service in Window Services and go to Properties. Then go to Log On tab and select Local System account. Click on Ok button and start the service. or 

    It’s a permission issue, you can re-install the botagent using Admin mode

    HI @Tamil Arasu10, 

     

    All AA services were already configured as Local system on Log on . Still the error exist.

    Could you please restart the machine again.

    @Rajeswari.N1  does local system account have admin access ? also make sure the folder in D drive for AA have complete read/write access for local system account.
