Hi,

I have an issue with stuck emails.

The bot should send emails in general, three times a day.

Some days are ok, and I receive three emails at a specific time, but sometimes, like today - the morning email was an email from yesterday's run, and now it looks like the morning email is ... waiting somewhere.

I'm using Email: Send action and Send Email via -> Outlook in settings.

Have you experienced a similar issue?

Any advice?

you may want to compare the logs in Debug between a successful run and a failed one.

Also, if you can run the bot in attended mode, maybe you will be able to see what went wrong (maybe the Outlook was not opened, has crashed, etc).

However, if you will be able to see in the logs that the email was generated, I would advice you to zoom in the mail flow.
