Email Trigger Subject

Is it mandatory to give email subject in inverted commas to trigger a multiple word subject. I mean is their any other way of triggering a bot based on complete and exact match of email subject?

    Sorry we only have an option of 'email subject contain' not an exact match, you have to use the inverted commas for the same.
