Email trigger not connecting to specific Outlook email account

Problem: I have two email addresses connected to my Outlook account. I have created a bot on Automation Anywhere to trigger when an email is received on my second email address, which I will call "address 2". However, when using the "Trigger" action in Automation Anywhere, it does not allow me to choose the inbox of a specific email address and is always connected to "address 1" instead of "address 2". I need help resolving this issue as I am unable to connect to "address 2" using the email trigger option.
