I’m having difficulty setting up an email trigger using “Connect to Email: Outlook” for a Shared mailbox for when a new email appears in a folder of the Shared mailbox.
Has anyone else ever attempted such an endeavor with this setup?
I have validated that using “Email: Connect” that the bot/digital worker is able to connect to the Shared mailbox, check if a folder exists, move messages around within the Shared mailbox and “Email: Disconnect” so it doesn’t appear to be a permissions issue.
