We are trying to connect to email for a loop but my email is not appearing, says the account is not setup.

 

Maybe because I have the new Outlook version. I tried with both open but still.

 

Tried removing the account and adding it again but same error.

Specifically the Note at the top to see if it applies to your environment.

It appears you have two versions of Outlook installed? That may be an issue.

Now testing on dev with the new Outlook version and I have the same issue. Since it’s not on production, it’s not urgent yet, but next month we’ll be pushed to use the new version.

@gabriela1987  could you fix it? Is the problem indeed 2 versions (since I have a toggle to use the old version if I want to)? 

If necessary, I could use a workaround by sending an e-mail with our smtp server, but normally I’m using the Outlook software.
