Hello everybody,
i am currently trying to upgrade my Enterprise A2019 v.16 control room to the latest version v.25.
Unfortunately Automation Anywhere does not provide any download links for the necessary upgrade path via v.19 and v.22.
I've tried contacting Automation Anywhere over it's contact form Contact Us | Automation Anywhere which just lead into a "Please Wait" button forever and the phone support just hung up on me after telling me to raise a ticket without answering my question where or how exactly i am supposed to raise a ticket. The Technical support button just leads me to an exploration of support plan options...
Is there anything left i can do to get to the installation files?
