Download exported bot zip error

I’m trying to download an exported bot zip file, but I’m getting error “An unexpected problem occurred.
If the problem persists, please contact your system administrator.”. The status of the “Export” activity appears correctly as “Completed”. What could be the issue here?

@PedroCavadas Can you please check the role has been assigned to user to  export bot.

@r.singh I’m using the admin user, so yes, the export role is assigned.

Have you ever been able to do this? Are there any other Admin users in your org, and are they able to do this?

@J.Logan Yes, until 3 weeks ago it worked fine, I did it multiple times. But when I tried a couple of days ago, I noticed this problem. I’m  using A360 On-Premises, and didn’t update it in this meantime.

I have only one Admin user in my org, but I also have other users with exporting bot permissions, and they are also unable to do it. Keep in mind that the export bot activity apparently works, it’s just clicking the “Download exported zip file” that doesn’t.
