Document Automation Error - Error Code - ORT_INVALID_PROTOBUF

I’m getting the below error after trying to process docs through the learning instance I created. Tried with multiple instances- 

EXTRACT_FAILED - [Native] : 500 : INTERNAL_FAILURE : Could not initialize/de-initialize model inference session: 'ai.onnxruntime.OrtException: Error code - ORT_INVALID_PROTOBUF - message: Load model from C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\GlobalCache\embedd

I tried running the extraction bot separately and it simple moves the file to the failed folder. No error messages.

Could anyone help please? 

I’m using the latest build 21094.
