We are trying to integrate AA RPA into our company. We are having trouble though linking computers into a device pool with one administrator that assigns privileges to the other users. Currently we have one community edition system and one Automation 360 system. We are thinking the Automation 360 system is the administrator system but we can not figure out how to add the community edition system as a bot runner with scheduling privileges and such. The Automation 360 system does not seem to have a way to add users. What are we doing wrong?

Hello,

I request you to please install Automation Anywhere control room in your on-prem and now from here you should be able to create a user and manage all the admin previladge.

https://docs.automationanywhere.com/bundle/enterprise-v2019/page/enterprise-cloud/topics/deployment-planning/on-prem-install/cloud-installation-custom.html/p>

In the community edition, you will not get an option to manage admin.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,

Prabhakar Jha
