Device name changed as picked at run time

Hi, suddenly the device name changed into picked at run time

 

i've checked the deployment type, reinstall the bot agent and restart the service but nothing happens any idea how to solve it?

i've read your answer in other post and i've tried it but it didn't work

just in case i did something wrong here is what i did

 

  1. i uninstall the bot agent
  2. delete the AA folder in the path you gave
  3. then install the bot agent

 

the name has yet to appear

Please clear the existing installation location

Delete the AA folder from the location: C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local and then Install the Bot agent

After that execute/schedule the task.
