Creating Folders In Outlook

I am curious if anyone has found a way to do this easily? The Email package hilariously has activities for checking if an email folder exists, but no activity to allow you to do something if it does not. Similarly, the Move activity does not have an option to create subfolder structure if it does not exist. I have a customer that is moving emails out of a large shared mailbox, and often needs to create the sub-folder structure as they go. At this point I am relegated to calling an external script (clunky), just curious if someone has found a way to do it natively.
