Dear @SUDHIRJ100694,

There could be a number of reasons why you are experiencing a delay when trying to login to the A360 Control Room, or why you are receiving the error message "Could not execute query." Some potential causes could include:

  1. Network issues: If there are problems with your network connection, it could cause delays when trying to access the A360 Control Room.

  2. Server issues: If the A360 server is experiencing problems, it could cause delays or errors when trying to login.

  3. Incorrect login credentials: Make sure that you are entering the correct login credentials (username and password) when trying to access the A360 Control Room.

  4. Browser issues: Make sure that you are using a compatible web browser and that it is up to date.

If you are unable to resolve the issue on your own, you may want to consider contacting Autodesk support for further assistance. They may be able to help you troubleshoot the problem and identify the root cause.

Hi @SUDHIRJ100694 ,

I guess is a onpremise Control-Room. Verify all CR services are running as expected.

If the telnet is successfull, try install a MS Server Management Studio and try to connect with the database with the owner user (application user)

If you are using AD authentication, verify if the domain user hasn’t been changed, o if the domains are available.

Please post a error message if you continue with the issue.
