Control Room API: Repository Management

I am not able to give a role access to a control room folder using the control room api. I am using swagger to make the request and have been receiving Response 500: File not found.

However I know the file and role exist and am even able to find both them using the search endpoints via swagger. I am using  A360 v25 on-prem. I have no issues, creating roles, adding users to roles and giving roles permissions (features).

The only answer I could come up with is either the endpoint is not setup correctly or I am not sending in the right request. Any help would be great.
