Community Edition AA - How to delete device when bot times out?

I have tried to delete it from the device manager but it keeps saying there is an active process and it cannot delete. I have killed the process on my computer, disabled the extension and I think I have only made it worse. Please help as I can't figure out how to get this thing to work again. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi Please refer to and follow the steps mentioned in the below link:

https://apeople.automationanywhere.com/s/article/A2019-Unable-to-connect-the-device-Error-system-allows-only-single-device-to-be-registered-if-you-need-to-replace-your-existing-device-you-should-delete-it-first/p>

If you are still facing an issue then please create a support case.

How to create a support case :

if you don't have access to the above link, email the AA Support team "apeopleopsteam@automationanywhere.com" to get access.

Thanks but again another page that I can’t access. Seems like all the help topics are blocked from accessing. Makes zero sense to me. Emailed support 2 days ago and still nothing.

do you know how long it takes to get access? I ask as I’ve got a programmer sitting around billing me per hour for doing nothing.

I’ve since canceled my project but am now curious to see how long it will take for an AA support representative to assist me.

Makes me second guess buying this software. Seems like AA has too many customers because either they can’t (or won’t) provide support.

I’ll keep this tread going until I finally get some help.
