Check In Code when the Developer is no more available

Hi experts,

We are stuck in a situation where the developer who checked out the code has not checked it back in and has left the organization.
Now we don’t want to undo checkout his code rather want to check-in his changes.
Is there any way of doing it?

That is a tough spot. Have your system admin change their password in AA and then log in with their creds. Then check everything in.

Thanks for the response @JMarino . However, in our scenario our Organization is using Single Sign on and not a local password. Hence, we won’t be able to use this.

@Harsh Jain yeah, you may need to open a ticket with AA if your system admin can’t check it in for you.

@Harsh Jain You do not wanted to cancel checkout from admin id ?
