Changing pixels on the screen

I have developed a bot on a laptop with a specific screen size in which to capture combo box objects on a web, and in the virtual machine the process was executed fine, but when changing the laptop it no longer does it correctly, despite that the virtual machine remains the same. Does anybody know what is it due to?
