Cant Connect Local Device to Control Room

The device is oscillating between on/off and stays on this screen trying to connect

Dear
We have different scenario when we cant connect to device are following:
- Reinstall the bot agent with latest version
- Restart the bot agent services
- Make sure AA certificate for control room is added in your local machine
- Restart the machine

Can u check if this vdi have multiple licenses associated ? If yes remove and limit to one will resolve this issue.
