I already registered my device on this on-prem Automation 360 control room with the password but it says cannot login.

 

I've restarted the server, services and re-plug the extension on my Google Chrome and the same problem still exist.

 

I'm using AnyDesk pc remote to login.

 

What can I do to solve this problem?
