Can we create file in Control Room cloud store?

If yes, I was having thought that we can maintain Config file there and access from there.

Yes! One of the most common ways to do what you're asking is to create an XML file on your local computer with your configuration information, then upload the file in the same folder as your automation. 

Once the file is on the control room, you can click to edit it to make any changes you might need.
