Can I migrate bots from Community Edition? Do I need to purchase a license for this.

Community Edition has their own limitations like - Non-availability of Admin Access, Export / Import feature. This version is designed keeping in mind to provide a hands-on feel experience to the user.

Short answer is No.

You can, however, migrate V11 bots if you have them handy, using the Migrate Action as shown below:

As for A360 bots, the answer is no again.😥

You can import actually...which is a cool way to try out Bot Store bots/packages! - but you're right, no exporting
