Bots stuck on Connecting to Device

I´m having issues when running my scheduled bots. I have no idea what´s happening, the progress always stays as Connecting to device. This started on wednesday, the days before everything was working fine. 


There are 4 bots that are scheduled and only one scheduled bot runs. 


  • I´ve already restart the Automation Anywhere Bot Agent from Services and remove the GlobalCache from this folder: C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\GlobalCache
  • I´ve also tried to run the bot manually but it stays the same. 
  • I´ve also restarted the server

Also the other scheduled bots don´t run because of this. 


Any suggestions?

@hector.olivos  please login into runner device, login control room with bot id → click on username  Left down corner → click it → my settings → device → update user name and password (make sure user name is domain\username )
