Hello
I´m having issues when running my scheduled bots. I have no idea what´s happening, the progress always stays as Connecting to device. This started on wednesday, the days before everything was working fine.
There are 4 bots that are scheduled and only one scheduled bot runs.
- I´ve already restart the Automation Anywhere Bot Agent from Services and remove the GlobalCache from this folder: C:\ProgramData\AutomationAnywhere\GlobalCache
- I´ve also tried to run the bot manually but it stays the same.
- I´ve also restarted the server
Also the other scheduled bots don´t run because of this.
Any suggestions?
